Development project POIR.04.01.04-00-0055/18 co-financed by the National Center for Research and Development (Smart Growth Operational Programme), conducted by PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów Sp. z o.o. in cooperation with PSNC. The project objective is to monitor and quantify exposure of logotypes, brands and associated products in product placement, sponsorship, marketing and PR related content. Information tracking for all mass media channels – press, TV, Internet, podcasts and social media – will be expanded and automated. A new service will analyze various forms of information such as text, voice, image, and video, and their combination.

Research and development project co-financed by the EU within Horizon 2020 programme – Interfaces for Accessibility (ICT-23-2017) conducted in cooperation with Padagogische Hochschule Heidelberg (Germany), Institut Jozef Stefan (Slovenia), Fundacion CTIC Centro Tecnologico Para El Desarrollo En Asturias De Las Tecnologias De La informacion (Spain), Stowarzyszenie Na Tak (Poland) and Harpo Sp. z o.o (Poland). The project objective is to construct an ICT-based interaction platform capable of personalized detection of non-conventional non-symbolic behaviors in people with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and their ‘meaning’ within a given (social) context, thus providing these individuals with means to be ‘understood’ by other people and by digital services.

Development project no POIR.01.01.01-00-1532/15-00 supported by the National Center for Research and Development (Smart Growh Operational Programme), conducted by PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów Sp. z o.o. with PSNC as a subcontractor. The project resulted in a service allowing potential clients to monitor information dissemination in media for given keywords or phrases (so called base information). The objective is to determine what happens or has already happened with the given piece of information, which services have used and re-posted it and how it affected the dissemination process. The service uses automatic speech recognition results for audio and audiovisual content processing.

IVA Voice Agents Services Platform for Automation of Emergency Hotline Centers

Development project supported by Mazovian Unit of EU Programmes Implementation, conducted in cooperation with Haxon Telecom Sp. z o.o., and University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow. The project involved development of a specialized self-training Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) system in SaaS model. IVA uses ASR technology for automation of dialogue processes in multilingual emergency hotlines. Areas of application include hotlines run by electricity, water and gas supply companies as well as by crisis management centers. Equipped with advanced speech recognition algorithms, IVA is an innovative solution to scalability problems typical for mass emergency events.
