  • MM Automation and Optimization of Effective Method for Tracking Information Resonance in Polish Language Media with Analysis of Evaluative Sentiment
    • Development project no POIR.01.01.01-00-1532/15-00 supported by the National Center for Research and Development (Smart Growh Operational Programme), conducted by PRESS-SERVICE Monitoring Mediów Sp. z o.o. with PSNC as a subcontractor. The project resulted in a service allowing potential clients to monitor information dissemination in media for given keywords or phrases (so called base information). The objective is to determine what happens or has already happened with the given piece of information, which services have used and re-posted it and how it affected the dissemination process. The service uses automatic speech recognition results for audio and audiovisual content processing.

  • IVA Voice Agents Services Platform for Automation of Emergency Hotline Centers
    • Development project supported by Mazovian Unit of EU Programmes Implementation, conducted in cooperation with Haxon Telecom Sp. z o.o., and University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow. The project involved development of a specialized self-training Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) system in SaaS model. IVA uses ASR technology for automation of dialogue processes in multilingual emergency hotlines. Areas of application include hotlines run by electricity, water and gas supply companies as well as by crisis management centers. Equipped with advanced speech recognition algorithms, IVA is an innovative solution to scalability problems typical for mass emergency events.

  • EMMA22 Electronic Media Monitoring and Analysis (radio, TV)
    • Development project no DOB-BIO6/22/133/2014 supported by the National Center for Research and Development (defense and security area), conducted in cooperation with AGH, SATLAN and PPWB. Project results include a system for open source intelligence which supports electronic multimedia content acquisition, archiving, cataloging, tagging and multi-criteria search.

  • ARM-1 Advanced Automatic Polish Speech-to-Text Conversion System Dedicated for Internal Security Agencies
    • Development project no DOBR/0008/R/ID1/2013/03 supported by the National Center for Research and Development (defense and security area), conducted by PSNC in cooperation with z PPBW and FVS. Project results include new enhanced speech recognition engine for Polish, speech recognition desktop application Airnote and Speech Text Indexing system TIN – all adjusted to the needs of internal security agencies.

  • POP Verbal Information Acquisition and Processing in Military Systems for Crime and Terrorism Prevention and Suppression
    • Development project no O R00 0170 12 financed by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, conducted in cooperation with FVS and FUAM. The objective of the project was to develop a system for recognition of speech and non-linguistic content that characterizes speaker, and can be used to optimize speech recognition and voice control systems.

  • ZSKM Integrated Automatic Speech-to-Text Conversion System based on Linguistic Model Developed for Internal Security Juridical Document Circulation
    • Research and development projects no O R00 0067 07 financed by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, conducted in cooperation with PPBW and FUAM. Project results include an original speech recognition engine and its application to dictated speech recognition in Polish for judiciary applications – ARM.
